  1. Working with leading global clients to develop and execute finance technology solutions, systems design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, and more.
  2. Work required to visit the client site for project work in geographic areas

Main responsibilities of the role for CN-Strategy-MC-F&EP Realestate-9 Job:

  1. Lead client conversations at a senior management level to drive enterprise change engagement
  2. Perform a comparative analysis of competing products around key features and functionality in terms of customer requirements
  3. Analyze the customer’s current processes and technology landscape in detail, create a strategy and roadmap for process and technology change
  4. Providing comprehensive and functional and system knowledge and experience on Oracle suite of products, providing practical, relevant points of analysis and recommendations based on analyzes

Understanding the functionality of key solutions / competitive solutions to perform a comparative analysis to help customers in the software selection process.

Conduct workshops, gap analysis, project scooping, and blueprinting to understand high-level business process requirements.

  1. Analyze the customer’s current processes and technology landscape in detail, create a strategy and roadmap for process and technology change
  2. Lead solution development and customer presentations during the pre-sales process to help see the value of change solution programs and solution options
  3. Lead project delivery of finance modules/application design, blueprints, solutions, modeling, proof-of-concept development, and more.
  4. Senior management/customers guiding in leading project planning exercises and staffing projects

Have a good understanding of all modules that are integrated with the ERP Finance module and play an active role in integration during design and implementation

  1. Introducing leading customer stakeholders into customer interaction and leading workshops and management reviews, Stackers
  2. Drive continuous improvement capability in relation to methodology, tools, practices, and maturity
  3. Leading the implementation design and implementation aspects of the solution to ensure high quality within time and budget constraints
  4. Contribute to the evaluation of project requirements and deliverables to identify various aspects of the finance transformation journey and the best solution for clients
  5. Lead knowledge sharing and training sessions for practice capability dev. Accenture platforms within teams
  6. Develop assets, accelerators in Oracle ERP location to take them to market for business development
  7. Report: Leads to senior management and / or client
  8. Supervision: Lead the immediate project team of Lead, Senior Consultant / Analyst and Junior Consultant / Analyst
  9. External Relations: Customers, third party vendors, suppliers, agencies

Eligibility for CN-Strategy-MC-F&EP Realestate-9 Job

  1. Must be a post-graduate (M.B.A from Premier B School), C.A. OR 4+ years of experience working on CPA and Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion with at least 7-10 years of experience in the finance and accounting field, relevant EBS 7+ working experience in finance technology + + 7 years Experience Experience: Oracle Fusion Financial (AR, AP, GL, FA) – (Mandatory) Oracle EBS Financial (AR, AP, GL, FA) (Mandatory) End to End O2C and P2P Process (Preferential) Oracle FAH, PA (Preferable): related to Finance Business Process Knowledge Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts of Charge, Costing, Taxation, Treasury, etc.
  2. Engage Film to Preview Oracle to Experience for May Attraction Transformation Attachment: This Experience for Lead Design. Workshops independently.
  3. Deep understanding on building business offerings for value offerings and financial transformation functions with key differentiators
  4. Nice: working in agile environments with an understanding of agile and sprint planning and with experience in Oracle Transaction Business Experience (OTBI) .
  5. Understanding of Oracle EPM and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  6. Supervising analysts and consultants and customer personnel to drive delivery results
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  8. To manage project execution and delivery and status reporting Ability to manage customer conversations during. Project management and change management initiatives (up to 80%) Extensive travel during delivery based on geographical span
