Designation: Customer Service Executive

Job Location – Gurgaon (Please note that candidates residing in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon except Noida, Ghaziabad are eligible for interview only).

Educational Requirement: Any graduate (B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Regular MBA may not apply)

Job profile: 100% back office profile (not calling). Cabs on both sides, free meals and fixed weekends off.

Shift: 24 * 7 (rotational)
Salary: 1.73 LPA
Job Location – Gurgaon

Work experience: fresher only

Roles and responsibilities Customer Service Representative Jobs: –

  1. Manage and update insurance members and plan data on multiple systems.
  2. Enter new member data in Excel and enrollment forms.
  3. Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Communicates with customers through written correspondence.
  5. Using PC applications and functions such as Excel and Word to set up and load data.
  6. To answer the queries coming from the end-user customers in a polite and professional manner.
  7. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.
  8. An individual should be able to work effectively in a team to encourage others to achieve the common goals of the team.
  9. To consistently meet or exceed all agreed productivity criteria defined for the process.
  10. Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined quality norms.

Skillset required Customer Service Representative Jobs: –

  1. Good typing speed (25 wpm with 80% accuracy).
  2. Strong commitment to customer service and quality
  3. Excellent keyboard skills
  4. Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
  5. Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to meet their needs and expectations.

Please note- The candidate must have a laptop/desktop and internet connection, as you will have to work from home until the time runs out.
