Job Summary

You will be aligned with our HR vertical and help us in the function that is important to the organization that relates to people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, hiring and recruiting employees, hiring of employees, performance Management, training, and organization development and culture.

You will work as a part of the HR operations team, responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. Includes HR operations and operational HR services, administrative services, job analysis and employee relations management.

You will be responsible for the employee life cycle where in this role you will carry out various tasks in this area of ​​responsibility and work within the guidelines set out in the direction of the talent center policies on the employee life cycle. The role uses decisions and discretion consistent with management policies and work related to the general operations of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through pre cedent and referral to general guidelines. Expected interaction is within own team and direct supervisor. Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
