Description for Linux Admin-Lead Job
The main skills required for the job are n Linux Admin-L3, (mandatory). As Lead Leader, you should be able to act as a point of contact for the technical tower in front of customer management. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Responsible for vendor management and people management. N For day-to-day operations and allocation/management of work plans. Review periodically with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports for higher management. Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders. Take corrective action based on the customer satisfaction survey. Perform service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to defined quality/safety standards for engagement. Perform trend analysis, identify the top few incidents, and work with the respective teams/individuals to reduce the incidents. Effort based review/review for new projects. Minimum work experience: 5 – 8 years
