Job Description (posting) for Risk and Compliance Analyst Jobs in HCL.

The contract administrator strategy team will aim to support the commercial manager and the deal strategy
Teams on various components of a non-standard contract. This ranges from reviewing requests.
On the negotiator input, create a bug/issue in the Bignizer tool and get approval from the concerned
Stakeholders (Negotiator / Strategic Negotiator, CCD, Business / Legal Team, Finance Team, Product Team (GCP / G)
Suites / Maps / PSOs etc.), Security Team, Deal Operations Team, Support Team, Pricing, Tax and Sales).
Key indicators of success will include:

  1. Achievement of SLA including first touch content response, timely response and total resolution time
  2. Achieving quality goals including error rates, problem resolution and customer service

Important responsibilities for Risk and Compliance Analyst Jobs

  1. For all non-standard measures, which are taken by the customer, make related issues and get approval
  2. Through internal processes to ensure that everything is on track and off.
  3. Strong stakeholder management with a range of cross functional teams to ensure issues
  4. Ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date
  5. Requiring, locating and recording cross-functional or business stakeholder approval for various
    Commercial or contractual package components
  6. Ensure compliance with work instructions and fully follow corporate, legal and SEC guidelines
    Which includes ethical and financial rules
  7. To raise any issue in a timely and professional manner which prevents the completion of tasks and achievement
    Of SLA and goals
  8. No increase in response and timely professional action
  9. Push back when the relevant details of the request are not included
  10. Attend meetings to assess progress on projects in motion, and take detailed notes to share
  11. Focus on overall cycle time reduction to ensure quick transaction processing
  12. Create a regular status report about the progress of the project

Skill, experience and ability for Risk and Compliance Analyst Jobs in HCL

  1. Minimum 0-2.5 years of experience in the commercial contract, contract management administration
  2. University degree in finance, legal, business or related discipline
  3. Self-starter with the ability to independently identify required action items in any situation (high-level critical)
  4. Customer service mind-set
    Strong analytical and problem solving experience combined with strong business decisions and the ability to make
    Present analysis in a clear and compelling way
    Adapt to the changing environment and flexibility regarding work patterns (ie shift work)
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment
  6. Ability to handle multiple projects to meet deadlines
  7. accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize its workload and manage stakeholders
  8. Ability to learn quickly
  9. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships

  11. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  12. Legal process outsourcing (LPO) industry experience preferred
  13. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing processes
  14. Flexibility under pressure and the ability to adapt to unexpectedly demanding work demands.
