Design and develop new applications on the Salesforce and Service Max platforms. Follow COE (Center of Excellence) development, administration and deployment best practices. Provide help desk support for the users of Service Max. Follow defined practices for documentation.
Develops new and enforces custom objects, visualforce pages, controllers (standards, custom and extensions to implement Visualforce’s logic), apex triggers, validation rules, and triggers. Allow, enhance and enhance security through profiles, maintain data integrity. On the Process Builder for updates on objects. Receive logical email alerts and notifications. Org using REST and SOAP services. Use applications using middleware.
Services Max and Salesforce work on customer and partner communities. Develop Managed Packages. Develop dynamic code if necessary for real-time testing. Deploy from sandbox to production.
